The smartwatch comes with a 1.5-inch AMOLED display and has numerous health monitoring aspects, such as ECG and heart rate monitoring. Watch 5 Ultra comes with numerous sports modes and an IP68 rating, which makes it dust and water resistant.

The Honor Watch 5 Ultra costs CNY 1,999 (approximately Rs. 23,300) for the Speedster (Black) variant with a fluororubber strap. The Commander (Brown) variant costs CNY 2,299 (approximately Rs. 27,000) with a leather strap. The Strategist is the top-of-the-line model, which costs CNY 2,899 (approximately Rs. 34,000) with a titanium metal strap. It is on sale in China.

The Honor Watch 5 Ultra sports a 1.5-inch circular LTPO AMOLED display with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels and 310ppi pixel density, along with an always-on display feature. The display has sapphire crystal protection, and the watch case is made of aerospace-grade titanium alloy. It has eSIM support and Bluetooth calling, which allows making calls directly from the wrist.

The smartwatch has two buttons that support long press, short press, and other operations. The Honor Watch 5 Ultra also features heart rate monitoring and an ECG sensor that gives instant ECG readings. This helps identify potential heart health risks and helps users manage their heart health. Other sensors include an accelerometer, an ambient light sensor, an air pressure sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a geomagnetic sensor, and an ambient light sensor.
