Hindu-Muslim clashes in England: Crowds carrying sticks and sticks descended in Leicester city

In Leicester, UK, once again a case of a clash between Pakistani Muslims and Hindus has come to the fore. According to the police, suddenly a crowd of two communities gathered here on Sunday and started protesting. During this, when the police tried to stop the crowd, glass bottles were also thrown at them. The mob armed with sticks also damaged property.
The tension between the Muslim and Hindu communities started with Pakistan's defeat in the Asia Cup. On 28 August, the Indian cricket team defeated Pakistan in the Asia Cup. After this, on 6 September, angry Pakistani Muslims attacked Hindus in Leicester.
According to a BBC report, two people have been taken into custody by the police after Sunday's clash. The city of Leicester is just 160 km from London. Leicester Police Chief Constable Rob Nixon said – We have received information about tensions in East Leicester.
A large number of police forces are being deployed to control the situation. These policemen have been given the right to investigate by stopping people. Nixon appealed to the people to maintain peace. Police deployment will continue in the area for the next several days.
A woman eyewitness who was present during the violence said that people were wearing black coloured masks. Their faces were covered and they wore hoods. It looked like a crowd was returning after watching a football match.
The police had put up barricading on the road. The police were trying to push the mob back while the mob was throwing glass bottles and many other things. So far 27 people have been arrested in Leicester City in separate cases of unrest since tensions began on 28 August.
Chief Constable Nixon said that we have come to know of a viral video in which a man is seen removing a flag outside a religious building on Melton Road, Leicester. The incident seems to have happened when the police officers were dealing with chaos in the area. This incident will be investigated.
