On Saturday also, there is an orange alert for heavy rain in 6 districts (Jodhpur, Nagaur, Pali, Ajmer, Sirohi, Jalore). At the same time, a yellow alert has been issued for eight districts.
During the last 24 hours, 7.87 inches of rain fell in Bundi, 5 inches in Dholpur, and 5 inches in Pratapgarh. At the same time, seven people, including three school children, got trapped in the flow of water after rain in Rajsamand. So far, 23 people have died in rain-related accidents. On Friday, a youth died due to drowning in the Arna-waterfall area of Jodhpur. A 13-year-old child died due to drowning in Sikar.
