Today in futures trade, the price of gold increased by Rs 310 to Rs 60,375 per 10 grams. On the Multi Commodity Exchange, gold contracts for December delivery rose by Rs 310, or 0.52 percent, to Rs 60,375 per 10 grams with a turnover of 9,897 lots.
Globally, gold futures rose 0.45 percent to US$1,975.30 an ounce in New York.
