Fireworks over a moving car in Delhi: Youths burst firecrackers one after the other

Despite the ban on firecrackers in Delhi-NCR, crackers burst in many areas during Diwali. Fireworks were fired at the trunk of a moving car in Gurugram. After the video surfaced, a case was registered at Delhi's DLF Phase-3 police station. In this case, 3 youths have been arrested from Sikanderpur.
The accused have been identified as Nakul, Krishna and Jatin. Hyundai Verna, BMW car and mobile have been recovered from them.
This video was first seen on Instagram. Since then it has been viewed millions of times on different platforms of social media. It is clearly visible in the video that the driver of the black-coloured Hyundai Verna is driving recklessly. Sky shot firecrackers are being continuously fired from his trunk. The car is seen going towards Golf Course Road from Shankar Chowk.
As soon as the video surfaced, DLF Phase-3 station in-charge Sandeep Kumar formed a team. In the investigation, its owner was identified by the number of the vehicle. The owner said that he has given it to Nakul, Jatin and Krishna to sell the car. All three were arrested on this basis. During interrogation, all three confessed to the crime. All three are friends and do the work of buying and selling used vehicles.
Delhi Police had seized 17 kg of firecrackers and registered 3 cases from October 1 to 24. Ahead of Diwali, Delhi's Environment Minister Gopal Rai had said that bursting crackers on Diwali in the capital could lead to a jail term of up to 6 months and a fine of Rs 200. Despite this, firecrackers burst in many areas.
