Filmmaker-director SS Rajamouli's latest blockbuster 'RRR' is getting a tremendous response in Japan. In the last 17 days, more than 1.2 lakh people have seen the movie 'RRR' in cinemas across Japan and the film has been well-received.

3 Idiots were left behind in terms of collection
The film has collected JPY 185 million (about Rs 10.3 crore) in its theatrical collection in three weeks, beating Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan's '3 Idiots' (JPY 170 million). The film is emerging as Rajamouli's second consecutive hit in Japan after 'Bahubali: The Conclusion.
