E-pass facility started for those who want to see India-Pakistan border; Know the process of online booking
Now India-Pakistan border can be easily seen from the Jaisalmer district of Rajasthan. BSF has started the facility of issuing online e-passes to see the border by creating a website. The facility will be available only to Indian citizens. BSF Inspector General North Sector Yogendra Singh Rathore said that till now one had to get the pass by standing in a queue at the BSF post near Tanot Mata temple in Jaisalmer.

BSF Inspector General North Sector Yogendra Singh Rathore said that to date he had to get the pass by standing in a queue at the BSF post near Tanot Mata temple in Jaisalmer, which was a lot of hardship to the tourists. In the new system, tourists visiting the international border will have to fill out an online form and bring along the ID proof. He had said foreigners would have to get their passes as usual.
Tourists will have to visit the "shritanotmatamandirtrust.com" website to get the e-pass issued. They can complete the online form by visiting there. Tourists must fill out this form completely, as well as provide their ID card. The e-pass will be issued after you submit this form. Tourists who show this can cross the border. Tourists will be able to visit Jaisalmer and proceed directly to the forward border post to view the fencing.
