Winter has now arrived in Rajasthan. After Sikar, night temperatures in Dausa have also dropped below 13°C. According to the Meteorological Department, minimum temperatures have dropped by 1 to 1.5 degrees Celsius in several districts, including Karauli, Jalore, Ganganagar, Barmer, Bhilwara, and Ajmer.

Over the past 24 hours, the weather throughout the state has been clear. The sun was bright during the day, but the cold has increased because of the dip in temperatures during nighttime. The lowest temperature was 13°C in Sikar, 13.7°C in Dausa, 14.4°C in Nagaur, and 19.2°C in Jaipur. Barmer saw the highest maximum temperature at 37.6°C, Jaisalmer saw 36.5°C, and Bikaner saw 35.5°C.

Radheshyam Sharma, Director of the Meteorological Center, Jaipur, stated that a depression system currently exists in the Arabian Sea and a low-pressure system in the southeastern Bay of Bengal. Additionally, a new western disturbance is expected to become active in northwestern India from October 26-27.

Due to the combined effect of these three systems, light to moderate rain accompanied by thundershowers is expected in the districts of Udaipur and Kota divisions between October 26 and 28. The maximum impact will be on October 27 and 28, when lightning and light rain will occur in some areas.
