The CISF Coastal Cyclothon of Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), which set out to spread awareness among the masses about security on the coasts reached the coastal area of Goa on Sunday. Where it got a warm welcome. It has been reported that the team has traveled 3500 km so far and will reach Chennai on Tuesday.

In this regard, Narpat Singh, the Senior Commandant at the CISF Unit in Jaipur Airport, informed that this cyclothon began from Lakhpat in Gujarat and Bakkhali in West Bengal on the 7th of March. There are 125 CISF jawans out of which there are 14 female jawans. They are covering a distance between 90 and 180 km daily.

On 20th March, she was given a grand welcome in Mumbai. She reached Goa on Sunday. Now she will reach Chennai on Tuesday, Mangaluru on Wednesday, and Kochi on Saturday. On 1st April, she will reach Kanyakumari after covering 6553 km of Indian coastline. During the cyclothon, programs are also being organized at many places. CISF's fire and dog squads also performed along with the police band at the Gateway of India in Mumbai. Many film celebrities were also associated with this program here. The cyclothon will conclude on 1st April.
