Air India said on Monday that the company will use ChatGPT Chatbot to modernize the airline. For this, an investment of 200 million dollars will be made initially.
In a press release issued by the airline, it was said that the company has already invested $ 200 million to create new digital systems, digital engineering services and a digital workforce.
After the takeover by the Tata Group, work is being done on the rejuvenation of Air India. For this, the Vihan.AI plan has been launched. Under this, a target has been set to make Air India an international-level airline in five years, for which the company is continuously working on new technology. The airline also aims to increase its market share under Vihaan AI.
In the recent past, the airline has been emphasizing the use of new technology to provide more convenience to customers. This includes the modernization of the website and mobile app, the use of the ChatGPT chatbot, the modernization of in-flight entertainment and real-time customer support request tracking.
Air India is also going to buy a large number of new aircraft with technology. In February, the airline had ordered 840 aircraft, out of which 250 aircraft have been ordered by French company Airbus and 220 aircraft have been ordered by American company Boeing. Along with this, the option of the additional purchase of 370 aircraft has also been given. Let me tell you, this order given by Air India was the biggest order ever given in the history of aircraft.
