CES 2025: 18K gold luxury smart ring launched; Know the price
CES 2025, Ultrahuman Luxury Smart Ring: Ultrahuman Rare includes all the features that other smart rings have, such as photoplethysmography (PPG), a six-axis motion sensor, a heart rate tracker, and a sleep indicator. This luxury smart ring joins Ultrahuman Air in the company's lineup of smart wearables.
Ultrahuman Rare was launched at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2025 held in Las Vegas. The Bengaluru-based startup has introduced it as a luxury smart ring, which is crafted from hallmarked gold or silver. Depending on the model, it is available in several finish options.
The Ultrahuman Rare includes all the features that other smart rings have, such as photoplethysmography (PPG), a six-axis motion sensor, a heart rate tracker, and a sleep indicator. This luxury smart ring joins Ultrahuman Air in the company's lineup of smart wearables.
The Ultrahuman Rare is priced starting at GBP 1,500 (approximately Rs. 1,61,000) and goes up to GBP 1,800 approximately Rs. 1,93,000). It will be available for purchase from mid-January at Printemps in Paris and Selfridges in London. This luxury smart ring will be available in three finishes which include Desert Rose, Desert Snow, and Dune.
The Desert Rose and Dune finishes are made of 18 carats of rose gold and 18 carats of gold. It is hallmarked by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) of India and is obtained from refineries approved by the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA). The Desert Snow finish is designed to form crystal clusters of gypsum or barite into a circular structure of flat plates. At the same time, the Dune variant has finely carved grooves that provide a brushed finish.
The Desert Snow, the company claims, variant is made from 95 percent platinum and prepared from PT950 platinum. Its finishing gives a frosting outlook just like a snowflake. The Ultrahuman Rare has a bunch of sensors that help in health and fitness tracking. This includes a PPG sensor for heart rate monitoring and a six-axis motion sensor. Besides this, it also includes sleep, movement, heart rate, heart variability (HRV), skin temperature, and stress level monitor.
