Technology company Dell asked its global sales team to work from the office again. The company said that employees who are able to work from the office will have to come to the office after September 30, 2024. He will work from the office for 5 days.
According to the memo of news agency Reuters, the company has taken this decision to grow its skills and take advantage of the collaborative environment. The company has clearly said that work from home i.e. remote mode should be done occasionally, it should not be done regularly.
The company forces the sales team working in the office with customers and partners for 5 days. In the previous setup, the sales team was working in the office for 3 days and working from home for 2 days.
