Big T20 league is returning after 6 years, over 2800 players have registered
T20 Mumbai League 2025: The Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) is going to organize the T20 Mumbai League after six years. This time MCA has received more than 2800 registrations, breaking the record, to play in this league. Shivam Dubey, Tushar Deshpande and Shams Mulani are the products of this league.

There was huge excitement amongst the players for the third season of the T20 Mumbai League by the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA). This time MCA received more than 2800 registrations, creating a new record. This figure not only shows the strong cricketing tradition in Mumbai but also indicates the popularity of this league and its significance in the eyes of the players. Registration of this tournament, which is starting in May after six years, was recently concluded, in which cricketers from all parts of Mumbai joined in. Now, shortlisted candidates amongst the registered players will be invited to the player auction.
MCA Secretary Abhay Hadap said that we have received tremendous response for the third season of T20 Mumbai League. The registration of more than 2800 players reflects the popularity of this league and the love of cricket of Mumbaikars. We are extremely happy to see this enthusiastic participation and are committed to grooming the next generation of cricket stars.
This league, which started in 2018, has become one of the leading domestic franchise-based T20 competitions in India. In its previous seasons, players like Shivam Dubey, Tushar Deshpande and Shams Mulani have emerged, who have also made a mark at the national level.
This league, which is making a comeback after a long gap of six years, is going to infuse new energy among the cricket lovers of Mumbai. A total of eight franchise teams will take the field this season. These include North Mumbai Panthers, ARCA, Andheri, Triumph Knights, Mumbai North East, Namo Bandra Blasters, Eagle Thane Strikers and Aakash Tigers Mumbai Western Suburbs.
