Beawar Blackmail Kand: In Rajasthan's Beawar district, the accused used to call minor girls to the cafe and do obscene acts with them. They used to blackmail the victim girls by making videos and photos of them. Nagar Palika Bijaynagar has taken action against the cafe.
The Nagar Palika had served a notice to the Chill Out Cafe at the Gaurav Path of the area of Bijaynagar on 19 February. In this notice, the cafe was directed to vacate the encroachment made outside the cafe within 24 hours. However, no action was taken to vacate the encroachment by the cafe, following which action was initiated to demolish the encroachment at 11 am on Thursday.
During interrogation of the accused arrested in the minor girls' case of rape, they were found to have committed cruelty to the minor girls at Chill Out Cafe and also invited them to the cafe to meet them. The front of the cafe had been treated by the Nagar Palika as encroachment and a notice to vacate had also been served to them.
When the encroachment was not removed even after 24 hours of the notice, action was taken to remove the encroachment with the help of JCB on Thursday. Also, the cafe was sealed for using a residential place for commercial purposes. During this, police were also present along with Nagar Palika EO Pratap Singh and Nagar Palika team.
