The left-arm fast bowler bowled 15 overs in four matches of the Asia Cup 2025, taking 7 wickets for 90 runs. Rahman is fourth on the list of highest wicket-takers in this tournament. Mustafizur Rahman conceded 22 runs against Hong Kong in the Asia Cup 2025, but failed to take a wicket. He then took 1 wicket for 35 runs against Sri Lanka.
