Siachen Warriors face many problems regarding mobile communication on this difficult battlefield. In this series, the Indian Army has released an update related to Siachen Warriors.

Siachen Warriors have extended mobile communication to troops deployed at altitudes above 15,500 feet in collaboration with BSNL. According to the information given by the Indian Army, the first BSNL BTS (Base Transceiver Station) has been installed on the highest battlefield posts.

According to this information given by the Army, BSNL BTS was established on 6 October to improve mobile communication for the soldiers deployed at Siachen.

Actually, a new update regarding the Siachen Glacier was released by the Indian Army just a few hours ago. Along with this update, some pictures have also been posted by ANI on the X handle.

It is known that the soldiers deployed on the battlefield situated at such a height often have to face problems regarding mobile communication. Soldiers also face problems regarding internet connectivity. In such a situation, after the installation of BSNL BTS (Base Transceiver Station), the problems of the soldiers regarding mobile communication will be reduced to some extent.
