13-year-old boy hits younger boy for a year: Attacked with bat while playing cricket

There was a dispute between two minor boys while playing cricket in Chandrapur, Maharashtra. A 13-year-old boy attacked a 12-year-old boy on the head with a bat, which led to his death during treatment at the hospital. The police gave this information on Thursday. The incident is on June 3.
Police said that first, the relatives of the victim cremated his body without registering a complaint. But later the victim's mother lodged a complaint with the police, after which the body was taken out of the grave for investigation.
Police said that on the day of the incident on June 3, some boys from the Bagadkidki area were playing cricket in a field. The victim also went there to play. During the match, the victim got into an argument with other boys over some issues. One of those boys hit the victim's head with a bat. He fainted and fell to the ground.
After this, the Victim was taken to the District General Hospital. He died on June 5 after undergoing treatment for 2 days. The same day his relatives buried his body without registering a police complaint. But Victim's mother did not agree. He lodged a complaint with the police the next day i.e. on 6 June.
The police took the victim's body out of the grave on June 7, ie Wednesday, to investigate the matter.
Police said that the accused boy has been identified. On the complaint of the minor's mother, a case of murder has been registered against him. The accused boy has not been arrested yet. The investigation of the entire matter is going on.
