Budget 2025: Finance Minister mentioned about Deep Tech in her speech; Know about it in detail

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman today presented the government's budget for 2025-26. During this, he said that broadband connectivity in the country will be improved and expanded. Broadband connectivity will be provided in all government schools of the country. A National Manufacturing Mission will be created in which clean tech will be promoted. During this, he also mentioned deep tech and said that deep tech will be expanded and the government will focus on it. 

You can call deep tech-intensive technology in very simple language. Deep tech startups work on very complex technology. Deep tech is also called advanced technology. Deep tech includes artificial intelligence, quantum computing, blockchain, robotics, and biotechnology.

Exclusive innovation forms a part of deep technology. Most deep-tech startups work in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Blockchain, virtual reality, augmented reality, computer imaging, etc., can be included in deep technology.
