Raj Kundra wants to be acquitted from pornography case

Actress Shilpa Shetty's husband and businessman Raj Kundra has appealed to the court to be acquitted of all charges. In fact, Raj Kundra was accused of running the pornography industry last year, under which a case was registered against him in July. Although he has not been convicted so far, Raj has filed a petition in the Mumbai Sessions Court, claiming that he has nothing to do with pornography. Also, no evidence has been found against him in court, so he should be acquitted from this case.
Raj was arrested by the Mumbai Police in the pornography case. After which he was also jailed for 2 months. Due to the lengthy court proceedings, Raj got the Mumbai Sessions Court bail in September. Raj has not been convicted yet, so Raj says that he should be acquitted from this case.
In an interview with Pinkvilla, Raj said that I have never been involved in the production or distribution of pornography. I feel like an attempt is being made to drag me into this matter. I am ready for any kind of trial, I have full faith in law and order.
