Chandigarh grenade attack: The National Investigation Agency has filed a chargesheet against four terrorists of the Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) terrorist organization in the Chandigarh grenade attack case. According to the NIA, these terrorists provided arms, ammunition, money, and other facilities to their comrades present in India so that they could attack Chandigarh.
A charge sheet has been filed by the National Investigation Agency against four Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) terrorist organizations in the grenade attack case in Chandigarh. The charge sheet by the NIA includes the names of Harvinder Singh Sandhu alias Rinda who is based in Pakistan and Harpreet Singh alias Happy Pasia who is based in the US. Both were the main conspirators in the attack.
According to the NIA, these terrorists provided arms, ammunition, money, and other facilities to their comrades present in India so that they could attack Chandigarh. The NIA is further investigating the matter and the search for the rest of the people involved in the attack is on.
The NIA investigation team filed a chargesheet in the Special Court on Friday in the case of a hand grenade bomb blast in Kothi No. 575, Sector-10, Chandigarh on September 10, 2024. In this chargesheet, it was told that on the evening of September 10, at around 6 pm, two unidentified miscreants riding in an auto had thrown a hand grenade bomb and blasted it in Kothi No. 575. The next hearing in this case will now be on April 15.
