Forbes released its 37th annual list of the world's billionaires on Tuesday, April 4. In this list, Mukesh Ambani, Chairman and Managing Director of Reliance Industries, has made it to the top 10 for the second consecutive year. He ranked 9th in 2023 with a net worth of $83.4 billion, while in 2022 he was in the 10th position with a net worth of $90.7 billion.
Mukesh is the richest person in Asia. In the list of the world's richest people, Bernard Arnault is at number one, Elon Musk at second and Jeff Bezos at number three.
And in this list, Gautam Adani, chairman of Adani Group, is at number 24. Adani was the third richest person in the world on 24 January. Then his net worth was about $ 126 billion. Shares of their companies declined following a report released by US short-seller Hindenburg Research. His total net worth now is $47.2 billion and he is the second richest Indian after Ambani.

The second big loser of this year was Elon Musk. He lost his title of the richest person in the world after buying Twitter.
