The series depicts the story of Jagruti getting trapped in the murder case of another high-profile crime journalist and going to jail.
Scoop Karisma stars Harman Baweja, Mohd. Zeeshan Ayyub and Inayat Sood are in lead roles, while Prosenjit Chatterjee makes a special appearance as Jaydeb Sen.
Before the scoop, Hansal Mehta's web series Scam 2003 - The Harshad Mehta Story was released on Sony-Liv and became very popular. Prateek Gandhi played the title role in this series and his performance was highly appreciated. The series got many awards.
Now the next series of the Scam franchise Scam 2003 - The Telgi Story is releasing on 2nd September. It is based on Journalist Sanjay Singh's book Reporter's Diary. In the series, Gagan Dev will be seen in the role of Abdul Karim Telgi, the mastermind of the stamp scam.
