Court relief to Kamal Rashid Khan: Borivali court granted bail in disputed tweet case

Bollywood actor Kamal Rashid Khan has got bail from the Borivali court in the controversial tweet case. In this case, the court sent him to 14-day judicial custody on August 30. At the same time, in the sexual abuse case also, the Andheri court granted bail on Tuesday. However, KRK will be released from jail on 8 September.
Talking to Dainik Bhaskar on the reason for KRK's bail, lawyer Ashok Saraogi said, 'Versova police who filed a molestation case on KRK in the year 2021. The reason for getting bail, in that case, was simple. That is when the complainant rejected KRK's demand for alleged sexual favours. What was the reason for staying in touch with KRK after that? That too when the complainant came to know about the character of KRK. After hearing all these arguments, KRK has got bail in this matter.
A 27-year-old woman had filed a case of sexual abuse against KRK. He told in his FIR that in 2019 KRK promised me a lead role in one of his films Captain Nawab. After this one day, he called me to his house and here KRK tried to force me.
KRK was arrested from the airport on August 30 by the Mumbai Police in a two-year-old case. After this, KRK was produced in the Borivali court, where he was sent to judicial custody for 14 days. In 2020, the core committee of Yuva Sena lodged an FIR against KRK at Malad Police Station. Committee member Rahul Kanal alleged that Kamal had made objectionable tweets about the late actors Irrfan Khan and Rishi Kapoor. In this case, the police had registered a case against Kamal under section 294.
KRK tweeted after the demise of Irrfan Khan (April 29) and Rishi Kapoor (April 30) in 2020. He wrote, 'I had said a few days ago that Corona will not go away until some famous people are not taken with them. Then I did not write the names because people would abuse me, but I knew in advance that Rishi and Irfan would go. I also know whose number is going to come next.
When Rishi Kapoor was admitted to Reliance Hospital, KRK tweeted- 'Rishi Kapoor has been admitted to HN Reliance Hospital. I just want to tell him that Sir, come back soon after recovering, don't go out, because the liquor shop is about to open in only 2-3 days.
