Bangladesh has revealed its initial squad for the Asia Cup 2025 in September. The 25-strong team will be captained by Liton Das, at whose captaincy the Bangladesh team just won the series against Pakistan and Sri Lanka. The chosen players will attend a fitness camp this weekend. The team will face a three-match series against the Netherlands in August to familiarize themselves with this multi-nation tournament.
Bangladesh is high on the thrill of having just won their first T20 series in Sri Lanka and will look to carry that momentum into the Asia Cup next month. Bangla Tigers, as per Cricbuzz, will be at a training camp in Dhaka's Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium on August 6. However, this camp will be postponed for the tour of Australia with the Bangladesh A team.
