10 feet long crocodile entered the house, causing panic, family members remained trapped in the room for two hours

Panic spread among the members of a family when a 10-foot-long crocodile sneaked into their house near Chetawali pond situated at Raipur Gram Panchayat headquarters in Jamwaramgarh subdivision late last Saturday night. The members of a family remained trapped in the room for two hours till rescuing the crocodile.

The house of Ram Phool Meena was built near Chetawali Pond near Raipur village and in it, Ram Phool and his family members were sleeping with the door of the room closed. He woke up at around 5 am on Sunday morning, then he saw a crocodile sitting near the rooms built in front of the house, then he got scared. Ram Phool entered the inside room.

The fact of the matter was that the local people had begun to gather right at the reception of the information. They informed the forest department personnel about the information. So, the team reached the spot within the time of two hours and immediately inspected the situation.  This was a matter of good fortune that if the going-out of the family members had been at a big accident at night, it could have occurred. After a hard one-hour effort, the crocodile was rescued by the team from the Forest Department. They catered to the Boroda dam again. Villages said that before that, many times the crocodile had entered the village. However, the responsible officers of the Forest Department were not paying any attention.
