Vivo X300 Ultra, X300s Debut in China with 200MP Cameras, Massive 7,000mAh Batteries
Vivo has launched the Vivo X300s and X300 Ultra smartphones in China with 200MP cameras. The X300 Ultra features a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and advanced telephoto capabilities, while the X300s comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor. Both phones run on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 and feature large batteries and fast charging support.
Vivo has launched two new phones in China, namely the X300s and the X300 Ultra, both of which are equipped with a 200MP camera. The X300 Ultra features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip and offers excellent telephoto features. The phone also features a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip.
The prices of the phone are as follows:
- The lowest configuration of the phone features 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, priced at CNY 6,999, i.e., Rs. 95,900.
- Other configurations and prices of the phone are as follows:
- 12GB + 512GB storage: CNY 7,499, i.e., Rs. 1,02,700

Talking about the Vivo X300s, its base variant comes with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, priced at CNY 4,999 (approximately Rs. 68,500). Apart from this, if we talk about other variants of this phone, the 12GB + 512GB model is priced at CNY 5,499 (approximately Rs. 75,400), the 16GB + 512GB model is priced at CNY 5,999 (approximately Rs. 82,200) and the 16GB + 1TB model is priced at CNY 6,999 (approximately Rs. 95,900).

The Vivo X300 Ultra smartphone has been launched in Film Green, Silver Tone, and Black colors. The Vivo X300s smartphone has been launched in Film Green, Dream Core Purple, and Silver color options.
The Vivo X300 Ultra smartphone features a 6.82-inch LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, the phone features an Adreno 840 GPU for graphics support. This Vivo phone comes with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage. It runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.
In terms of camera, the Vivo X300 Ultra features a triple rear camera setup. The primary camera is 200-megapixel with a focal length of 35mm. It also features a 200-megapixel periscopic telephoto shooter and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. A 50-megapixel front camera is also provided for selfies.
The Vivo X300 Ultra smartphone also supports the company's "Big Gun" 400 teleconverter, which offers a 400mm focal length, 200-megapixel optical output, and 17.4x optical zoom, along with advanced stabilization and fast autofocus. The camera offers zoom levels up to 160mm.
This Vivo phone is powered by a 7,000mAh battery. It comes with 100W wired fast charging and 40W wireless charging. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth, and a USB Type-C port, along with 5G and 4G networks. This Vivo phone also features an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.
The Vivo X300s smartphone features a 6.78-inch 1.5K (2800×1260 pixels) AMOLED flat display with a refresh rate of 144Hz. This phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, ARM G1-Ultra GPU, and Vivo's V3+ Blueprint imaging chip. It runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.
In terms of photography, the Vivo X300s features a 200-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS). The Vivo X300s smartphone packs a 7,100mAh battery that supports 90W wired fast charging and 40W wireless charging. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. For security, the phone supports 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner.
