OnePlus Pad Go 2 Launched in India: Price, Specifications, Variants

The OnePlus Pad Go 2 was introduced in India along with the OnePlus 15R smartphone. This new OnePlus Android tablet is introduced in two colors, along with the MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Ultra SoC. The OnePlus Pad Go 2 also comes equipped with 5G connectivity along with an LCD display of 12.1 inches, along with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. It also has a 10,050mAh battery with 33W charging support.

The pricing for the OnePlus Pad Go 2 in India begins from Rs. 26,999 for the base model with 8GB RAM and an inbuilt storage capacity of 128GB (Wi-Fi model). The other model with an inbuilt storage capacity of 256GB and 8GB RAM with Wi-Fi connectivity is priced at Rs. 29,999. Then there is the model with an inbuilt storage capacity of 256GB and 8GB RAM, along with Wi-Fi and 5G connectivity at Rs. 32,999.

The OnePlus Pad Go 2 is available in Lavender Drift and Shadow Black (5G only) color options and will be available on Amazon, the OnePlus India website, and other retail channels starting December 18th. As an introductory offer, OnePlus is offering customers an instant bank discount of ₹2,000 and a limited-time discount of ₹1,000, bringing the starting price down to ₹23,999.

The OnePlus Pad Go 2 runs on OxygenOS 16, which is based on Android 16. It features a 12.1-inch 2.8K (1,980x2,800 pixels) LCD display with Dolby Vision support, an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120Hz, 284ppi pixel density, and an 88.5 percent screen-to-body ratio. The display is claimed to offer a peak brightness of 600 nits and 98 percent coverage of the DPI-P3 color gamut. The OnePlus Pad Go 2 is powered by a 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Ultra chipset, along with 8GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The tablet has four speakers. It supports AI-based software features such as AI Writer, AI Recorder, and AI Reflection Eraser.

In terms of cameras, the OnePlus Pad Go 2 features a single 8-megapixel rear camera. On the front, it has an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for video calling and selfies. Connectivity options on the OnePlus Pad Go 2 include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and a USB Type-C port. The tablet offers face unlock for authentication. It supports the company's own Open Canvas software for multitasking.

The OnePlus Pad Go 2 is powered by an upsized 10,050mAh battery with support for 33W SuperVOOC charging (wired), taking 129 minutes for the charging process, and reverse charging at the speed of 6.5W. This battery promises up to 15 hours of video playback or up to 60 hours of standby time.

The 5G variant of the OnePlus Pad Go 2 has a weight of about 599 grams, while the Wi-Fi variant has a weight of about 597 grams. The OnePlus Pad Go 2 has dimensions of about 266.01 x 192.77 x 6.83mm. OnePlus Pad Go 2 allows users to write with the aid of a new stylus, named OnePlus Pad Go 2 Stylo, which comes with 4,096 pressure levels and has Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity, and will be available for separate purchase.
