With a chat filter, WhatsApp users will see all the chats of WhatsApp in different categories instead of seeing them together. Currently, not only read-unread but also group and individual chats are visible with the Chats tab on WhatsApp.
This is the reason why sometimes some messages remain unnoticed amidst a long list of chats. With a chat filter, the user will be able to check WhatsApp chats in All, Unread, Contacts, and Groups categories.
