The Redmi Note 15 SE 5G is arriving in India later this week. The device will be the latest in Xiaomi’s lineup of Note devices. The company’s sub-brand recently revealed the launch date and design of the upcoming device. The company is now revealing additional information regarding the special version of the Redmi Note 15 5G device. The information includes the device’s battery, camera, color, and processor. The company revealed that the Redmi Note 15 SE 5G will have a larger battery compared to the previous device. The device will have the same processor as the new Redmi Note 15 5G device. The processor is from the Snapdragon 6 series.

The dedicated webpage for the Redmi Note 15 SE 5G is out. The webpage confirms the device will have a 5,800 mAh battery. The company claims that this battery will last for over 44 hours on a single charge. It will also support 45W wired fast charging. This confirms that this phone will have a larger battery than the standard Redmi Note 15 5G's 5,520mAh battery.

This upcoming special edition Redmi phone will be available for sale in India on Flipkart. The Redmi Note 15 SE 5G will be available in three colors: Carbon Black, Crimson Reserve (Red), and Frosted White. The Crimson Reserve model's rear panel will be made of vegan leather and will measure 7.82mm thick.

It has also been confirmed that the Redmi Note 15 SE 5G will have two cameras on the back. These cameras will be housed in a square-shaped module. Its main camera will be a 50-megapixel MasterPixel sensor, capable of recording videos up to 4K. Interestingly, the standard model features a 108-megapixel rear camera, along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera.

It has also been confirmed that the upcoming Redmi Note 15 SE 5G will be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset. The same chipset is used in the standard Redmi Note 15 5G model. The company promises 'uninterrupted performance for 48 months' for this phone and also claims that it will offer a 10 percent 'GPU boost' and a 30 percent 'CPU boost'. As previously reported, the Redmi Note 15 SE 5G will be launched in India by Xiaomi's sub-brand on April 2.
