Minibus collided with a plane parked at Bengaluru airport, staff panicked due to the accident

A plane collided with a minibus at Bengaluru airport. This Indigo Airlines plane was standing on the airport runway. A minibus collided with the plane, and the top part of the minibus was damaged extensively. None of the people involved has been reported to be injured in the mishap.

This accident is that of Kempegowda International Airport at Bengaluru. A minibus crashed into an Indigo plane early Sunday morning. The minibus rammed into the front end of the plane. But the plane was not moving, which is the reason why a huge accident was avoided. No one was injured in this mishap, nor has any report of anyone getting injured been received.

It is around 12:15 pm today, i.e.,18 April 2025. According to reports, the minibus belonged to a third-party agency. Indigo's aircraft was parked in the parking lot, and the minibus was passing by. Suddenly, the mini lost its balance and the bus hit the undercarriage (lower part) of the plane.

The Bangalore Airport Administration says that everyone became alert as soon as the information about the accident was received. All necessary protocols are being followed. The safety of passengers, airline staff, and employees is our first priority. We are investigating the matter.

Talking about the accident, Indigo Airlines said that we are keeping an eye on it. A third-party vehicle hit the Indigo aircraft parked in the parking lot of Bangalore Airport. The matter is being investigated. Necessary action will be taken on this.
