Lava Agni 4 Teased Ahead of Launch: Dual Cameras and 7,000mAh Battery Tipped

The Lava Agni is set to launch in India on November 4th as the successor to the Lava Agni 3 5G. The company has now teased a key feature of the handset: a dual camera system housed in a horizontal pill-shaped island. In a separate development, the Lava Agni 4 has also been spotted on a certification site, revealing not only a key specification but also hinting at an imminent launch.

Lava Mobiles tweeted a teaser of the Lava Agni 4 to come (below). The handset can be seen to sport a horizontal pill-shaped dual camera cutout, which looks a lot like the camera setup on the Nothing Phone 2a. There is a dual-LED flash visible above the camera sensors, and the 'AGNI' branding is visible between them.

Meanwhile, an upcoming Lava smartphone with model number LBP1071A has been spotted on the IECEE certification website. This is believed to be the Lava Agni 4. The listing suggests that the device may feature a 7,000mAh battery. This is confirmed to be a lithium polymer battery.

If this turns out to be true, it would mean a significant upgrade over the Lava Agni 3, which featured a 5,000mAh battery and supported 66W fast charging.
