IPL 2026: Arshdeep Singh says pressure is a ‘privilege’ for Punjab Kings

At the event to unveil the new jersey of the team in Mohali, Captain Shreyas Iyer stated that there would be high expectations from Punjab this time, and that it would be a lot of fun. My eyes are set on the trophy." Shreyas explained that it's always difficult to come back from an injury. "I lost about 7 kg and had to work very hard to gain that weight, but I enjoy the challenges. I'm happy that I've overcome that difficult phase in my life and am now back here to lead the team with pride."
Arshdeep Singh, who was present at the event with captain Shreyas Iyer, said, "When you feel pressure, it's a privilege. It's a great feeling when you get so much support from the crowd. When the fans cheer for you, you feel like 30,000 people are running with you. We will try our best to win all our home matches this year."
