United Nations: NATO capability weapon reaching terrorist organization ISIL-K, United Nations expressed concern

The report released by the international organization United Nations is disturbing. It states that the terrorist organization ISIL-K (IS Khorasan) is being supplied NATO-capable weapons by organizations such as the Taliban and Al-Qaeda affiliated Tehreek-e-Taliban, Eastern Turkestan Islamic Movement.

The report raised concerns about the proliferation of military weapons within Afghanistan and in neighboring countries following a Taliban takeover in 2021. The report on the threat posed by the terrorist organization Islamic State to international peace and security has said that the proliferation of weapons in the United Nations member states of Afghanistan, the Middle East, and Africa is a matter of great concern.

ISIL (Daesh) and its affiliates have increased their use of small and light weapons as well as unmanned aircraft systems and explosive devices. It said Daesh has reportedly started producing small explosives and is now using suicide attacks only as a last resort to save the lives of fighters.
