Mahindra Thar 5-Door, an off-road SUV that may be unveiled on August 15, will be very different from the previous model

Previous spy shots have revealed that the design of the Thar 5-door will be updated. There will be a new set of circular headlights which will now be LED units and new daytime running lamps will also be introduced.
Mahindra Thar is one of the best-selling offroader SUVs in the country. The company has been working on a 5-door version of Thar for more than two years. For the 5-door version, Mahindra has increased the wheelbase, which has allowed the company to add a set of rear doors. This will help in increasing the practicality of the SUV as it will facilitate entry and exit for the rear passengers. Additionally, the door handles have been placed on the C-pillars to give the SUV a three-door look.
Previous spy shots have revealed that the design of the Thar 5-door will be updated. There will be a new set of circular headlights which will now be LED units and new daytime running lamps will also be introduced. Apart from this, it will also have a new grill and a new set of LED tail lamps. There is also a possibility that Mahindra will offer the 5-door Thar with a metal top which is fixed. The 3-door Thar is offered with a convertible soft top and fixed hard top. There will be a new set of alloy wheels on the sides.
