In 2023, India has got the presidency of G-20, under which the Modi government has decided that more than 200 events will be organized all over India. Apart from this, Prime Minister Modi has asked Indians for India's prosperity under "public participation". In such an environment, it is the responsibility of the citizens to go beyond these expectations and introduce the world to India's capabilities, philosophy, social and intellectual power. In this framework G20 Jan Bhagidari Summit was successfully conducted on 8th April 2023 in Ligayas’s Lalita Devi Institute of Management & Science. In this event speakers and delegates from various fields and countries where invited to share their views and suggest pointers on the Theme “India’s priority on G20 Presidency 2023”.

The program was inaugurated by Dr.Bakshi Ram (Padma Shri Awardee), Dr.Picheshwar Gadde (Chairman – Lingaya Group), Chelliah Selamuthu (Director NDMC), Ved Prakash Mahavar (Director – ONGC) while organizing support was given from Golden Sparrow. In the event more than 320 participants from different states participated in the program through online and offline medium.

G20 Jan Bhagidari Summit 2023 was also attended by Dr.Dinesh Sabnis as a speaker and guest of Honor he is senior education leader in Maharashtra and has special appointment in World Fund for Development and Planning-WFDP as a Addl. Representative in United Nations Geneva Office he is also on the panel of UN Peacekeepers Veterans Association AISP SPIA as Secretary General for Indian delegation.

Dr.Sabnis shared valuable information on India’s role in Presidency of G20 Summit and how G20 Countries plays vital role in overall economic development especially for countries facing financial crisis. He specially emphasized on point “Accelerating Progress on SDGs” which is one of the major priority point for G20 Presidency 2023. Dr.Sabnis also explained about UN Sustainable Development Goal-17 that talk about global Partnerships and how G-20 forum will play major role in economic development of developing countries and countries going through financial crisis, only if G20 countries show strong commitments through partnerships and right diplomacy. Dr.Sabnis also mentioned about the G20 theme Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam and its importance as One Earth One Family & One Future. He also urged Indian society to do every possible effort to bring global peace and sustainable development in various sectors through right diplomacy and micro level planning’s.
