Adani Airports Partners with AIONOS to Enhance Passenger Travel with an AI-Based System
Adani Airport: Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL) has partnered with AIONOS in India. Together, the two companies are implementing an artificial intelligence (AI)-based system that will further simplify the air travel experience in the country.
In an effort to make the air travel experience in India more seamless, AAHL entered into a partnership with AIONOS. The two companies are working together in their latest effort to deliver an AI-based system that would enable passengers to have a personalized, multilingual conversation, understanding, reading, and writing experience.
Under this partnership, AIONOS, part of InterGlobe Enterprises, will provide passengers with a continuous and smooth digital experience at each step of the journey. The agreement was signed by the companies on Thursday in the national capital, Delhi.
A statement issued by the company said, "This AI-powered solution will act as an intelligent concierge 24x7, providing passengers with instant access to flight updates, gate information, baggage status, directions, and airport services in multiple languages." A concierge is a technologically advanced, intelligent, and personalized AI assistant that is proactively assigned to a customer.
The service will be launched in several Indian languages, including English and Hindi. With the help of AIONOS's agentic AI platform, Adani Airports will be able to interact with passengers and staff through various channels, including voice, chat, and mobile. AAHL CEO Arun Bansal said that this new technology will elevate the passenger experience to a new level. He explained that the company, combined with its in-house technologies, such as Avio, Adani One App, and Airport-in-a-Box, is creating a connected ecosystem that will make operations more efficient and more convenient for passengers.
