The IPO of Yatra Online Limited, an online travel service-providing company, is going to open on Friday, April 15. This IPO will remain open for common investors till September 20.
According to the information given in the company's RHP, the IPO will open for anchor investors a day earlier on September 14.
The company has raised Rs 62 crore in pre-IPO placement through a rights issue. For this, the company has allotted 26.27 lakh shares to investors at the rate of Rs 236 per share.
There will be a fresh issue of Rs 602 crore in Yatra IPO. Earlier it was Rs 750 crore. Along with this, OFS of 1.22 crore shares have been kept in it. Apart from the promoters, shares will be sold in this OFS on behalf of THCL Travel Holding Cyprus Limited.
