Yatharth Hospital IPO's listing date came in front, IPO was subscribed 37 times

The listing date of Yatharth Hospital IPO has been announced. The IPO of the company may be listed on NSE and BSE on August 7, 2023. This was stated in a notice issued on the BSE website.
The IPO of Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services Limited was open to public investors from July 26, 2023, to July 28, 2023. The name of Yatharth Hospital comes from the country's largest private hospital chain.
The issue size of Yatharth Hospital IPO is Rs 686.55 crore. Its fresh issue was Rs 490 crore and OFS of 65.51 lakh shares. Shares in the OFS have been sold by promoters Vimla Tyagi, Prem Narayan Tyagi, and Neena Tyagi. The price band of this IPO was Rs 285- Rs 300 per share. 50 percent of this IPO was reserved for QIBs, 15 percent for NII, and 35 percent for retail investors.
Yatharth Hospital IPO was subscribed 37 times. The portion reserved for QIBs was subscribed 86.37 times, the portion reserved for NII was subscribed 38.62 times, and the portion reserved for retail investors was subscribed 8.66 times.
In the fourth quarter of the financial year 2022-23, the income of Yatharth Hospital was Rs 520.29 crore, which was Rs 228.67 crore in the same period last year. During this period the company earned a profit of Rs 65.76 crore, which was Rs 19.58 crore in the previous year. The registrar of Yatharth Hospital IPO is Link Intime India Private Limited. Intensive Fiscal Services Private Limited, Ambit Private Limited, and IIFL Securities Limited are the Lead Managers of this IPO.
