The effects of snowfall in North India have now started reflecting in Rajasthan. The weather in the state is rapidly changing and winter has arrived. For the last many days, the minimum temperature in many cities is going below 10 degrees Celsius. On Sunday, Sikar and Tonk were swept by a cold wave. Fatehpur recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 7 degrees Celsius. According to the Meteorological Department, the cold will remain stable in the state for the coming four to five days, and there is no possibility of a major fluctuation in the temperatures. During daytime, the sky will be clear and sunny but in the morning and evening cold would be felt with cold winds.
The weather remained dry throughout the state for the last 24 hours. Barmer, Jodhpur, Bikaner, and Chittorgarh recorded maximum temperatures between 30 and 33 degrees Celsius.
