Toll tax will increase on National Highway in Rajasthan

Toll tax on National Highway in Rajasthan will have to be passed by paying more fees from April 1. Actually, the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) operates more than 95 toll booths in Rajasthan. Most of these rates are being revised at toll booths from 12 midnight on March 31.
Talking about the capital Jaipur, going from Jaipur to Sikar and Tonk will become expensive from April 1. Toll tax will increase on both these bypass toll booths from the night of March 31. Apart from Tatiyawas (Jaipur-Sikar), and Barkheda Chandlai (Jaipur-Tonk), the toll rate on Hingonia (Ring Road South) will also increase from 12 midnight on March 31. These rates of toll will be increased at the rate of 10 percent. However, toll rates on Jaipur-Agra, Jaipur-Delhi and Jaipur-Ajmer bypasses will not increase yet. Toll rates on these bypasses will increase from June-July onwards.
According to sources, the rate at the toll booths built on the highway in Jaipur will increase from Rs 5 to Rs 10 for car drivers. At present, the car driver passing through the Hingonia toll on Ring Road South has to pay Rs 60, which will increase to Rs 65 from April 1. Similarly, 55 rupees have to be paid at the Sitarampur toll on this road. Which will increase to 60 rupees. At the same time, the car driver has to pay Rs 110 at Chandlai toll on the Jaipur-Tonk bypass, which will increase to Rs 120 from April 1.
