Pixelmator's main app is Pixelmator Pro, which provides great and high-tech editing tools that are compatible with Adobe Inc.'s Photoshop, and Illustrator. This software also supports Apple's iCloud, Shortcuts, and iPad's Pencil.
Apple Inc. has made a decision to acquire a popular and great photo editing app to its product list, which is a software maker Pixelmator. In fact, Pixelmator has informed about this acquisition on its blog, in which it has been told that its team based in Lithuania will now join Apple.
Pixelmator was founded 17 years ago by two brothers named Saulius Dailide and Aidas Dailide. It develops applications for Macs, iPads, and iPhones. Apple has also confirmed its deal, but it has not revealed any information on the financial transaction amount at this time.
