State Police to Present Report on Achievements and Pending Issues at November 21 Meet
Rajasthan News: A state-level police conference will be held at the Rajasthan Police Academy, Jaipur, on November 21st. Under the chairmanship of DGP Rajeev Sharma, discussions will be held on police reforms, law and order, administrative progress, and the recommendations of the DGP/IGP 2024 Central Conference.
A state-level police conference will be held at the Rajasthan Police Academy on November 21st. The aim is to discuss the recommendations made at the DGP/IGP Conference-2024 organized by the Central Government and to assess the follow-up on the part of state police in different areas. The conference is being organised in pursuance of Recommendation No. 71 of the Director General of Police/Inspector General of Police Conference-2024.
It has been decided to hold the conference in hybrid mode to facilitate easy access for all senior officers of the state. While all IPS and RPS officers posted at Jaipur Police Headquarters will attend in person, IG, DIG, SP, Additional SP, and DySP rank officers posted in various ranges and districts across the state will attend the conference online. This will connect police units across the state on a single platform, enabling concrete initiatives towards collective review and improvement.
DGP Rajeev Sharma will be the chief guest at the inaugural session of the conference. He will share detailed information on the directives and recommendations issued at the central level and brief the state officials on their implementation.
