Shiv Thakare Pays Reverent Dance Tribute to Lord Ram Ahead of Grand Ayodhya Celebrations

Anticipation is running high across India as the inauguration of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya draws near. Even reality star Shiv Thakare couldn't contain his excitement for the momentous occasion.

As the nation prepares for the inauguration day, households are adorned with decorations reminiscent of festive times. Many individuals are engaging in prayer ceremonies, and fortunate ones are making the pilgrimage to Ayodhya to witness this historic event firsthand. However, Shiv Thakare chose a unique path to express his love and gratitude to Lord Ram.

Sharing his sentiments, Shiv Thakare stated, "During the era of Ramayan, the entire nation rejoiced as their beloved God and the king of Ayodhya, Ram, returned home triumphant after defeating Ravan and completing his Vanvas (Jungle Stay). Now, we have the opportunity to welcome Lord Ram to his home by inaugurating his temple. I was overwhelmed with this feeling, and fortunately, I found a song that allowed me to express everything that was going on inside me."

"Like many others, I wished to witness the Ram Mandir inauguration in person, but even if I can't, it doesn't diminish my emotions. I attempted to convey my love to God through my dance," added Shiv Thakare.

It is said that when you genuinely feel something and express it sincerely, it resonates with others. This held true for Shiv Thakare as well when he concluded his performance.

"As I danced, I was completely immersed in a trance, lost in my love and devotion to Lord Ram. When the judges provided feedback on my act, I felt truly blessed that I could take them on that devotional journey. Farah ma'am, Arshad sir, and Malaika ma'am remarked that my performance gave them goosebumps and that I performed with my whole heart—performed with complete devotion," Shiv Thakare concluded.
