Redmi K90 Pro Max with Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, 7,560mAh Battery Launched in China
Redmi has launched its new K90 series in China, which includes both the K90 and K90 Pro Max models. Both phones run on Android 16-based HyperOS 3 and come with a powerful Snapdragon chipset. The Pro Max model features premium features like a 7,560mAh battery, a 120Hz OLED display, and Bose-tuned stereo speakers.



On Thursday, the Redmi K90 Pro Max was launched in China alongside the Redmi K90. The flagship Redmi K90 Pro Max features a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, the company's D2 display chip, and a 7,560mAh battery. It comes with a 6.9-inch OLED screen that is up to 1 nit bright. The base Redmi K90 model comes with a 6.59-inch screen, which provides a 94 percent screen-to-body ratio. Both phones come with Bose-tuned speakers, but the K90 Pro Max comes with a 2.1-channel stereo speaker setup.
The Redmi K90 Pro Max begins at CNY 3,999 (around Rs. 49,000) for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. The 12GB RAM + 512GB and 16GB RAM + 512GB options come at CNY 4,499 (around Rs. 55,000) and CNY 4,799 (around Rs. 59,000), respectively. The high-end model with 16GB RAM and 1TB storage is available for CNY 5,299 (around Rs. 65,000).
The standard Redmi K90 starts at CNY 2,599 (approximately Rs. 32,000) for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. The 16GB RAM + 256GB, 12GB RAM + 512GB, and 16GB RAM + 512GB variants are priced at CNY 2,899 (approximately Rs. 35,000), CNY 3,199 (approximately Rs. 39,000), and CNY 3,499 (approximately Rs. 43,000), respectively. The most expensive model with 16GB RAM and 1TB storage is priced at CNY 3,999 (approximately Rs. 49,000).
Both phones will be available on the company's website in China. The Redmi K90 will be available in White, Black, Aqua Blue, and Light Purple colors, while the Redmi K90 Pro Max will come in Denim, Golden White, and Black color options.
