Realme GT 8 Pro to Feature Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, 7,000mAh Battery, and 120W Charging

Realme is getting ready to launch its next flagship in India, the Realme GT 8 Pro. It has teased a couple of key features that the phone will boast of. As per the new teaser, this phone will pack Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, making it the first Realme phone with this latest flagship chip. Further, the GT 8 Pro will feature a 2K resolution AMOLED display with 7,000 nits of peak brightness. The phone's design has also been teased, showing a new design on the rear panel. 

According to new teasers, the Realme GT 8 Pro will feature a 6.79-inch QHD+ AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and full support for the DCI-P3 and sRGB color gamut.

It will feature a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Chipset and comes paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS storage. The smartphone will boast a 7,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging for all-day usage with minimal delay time in between.

For photography, Realme has collaborated with Ricoh, and it will feature a triple rear camera setup, consisting of a 50MP GR anti-glare main sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 200MP telephoto lens with 120x digital zoom. A 32MP selfie camera will be provided on the front.

Realme hasn't confirmed an India launch date yet, but reports suggest the global launch could take place between November 10 and 12. The India launch will follow, and the price is expected to be around ₹65,000.
