A case of molestation of women has come to the fore in SMS Hospital, the biggest government hospital in the state. On Saturday, a person entered the neuro-surgery female ward by posing as a fake doctor. He committed indecency with the admitted girl on the pretext of doing a checkup. On the screams of the girl, he started running away from the ward. During this the guard caught him. After this, the relatives and medical staff of the girl informed the SMS Hospital police station. Arapi has been arrested. DCP East Gyanchand Yadav told that the accused Ashif Ahmed Khan (43) is a resident of Malarna Dungar Sawai Madhopur. Three months ago, the family had thrown him out of the house.
After this, he came to Jaipur. During interrogation, it has come to know that he used to roam in SMS Hospital for 10 days sometimes as a patient and sometimes as a doctor. He used to run away after abusing women in crowded places. He also used indecency in buses, railway stations etc. Now the father of the victim, a resident of Dausa, lodged a report that the accused molested his 20-year-old daughter admitted to the neurosurgery female ward by posing as a doctor. The girl is undergoing treatment in SMS since April 5. On the afternoon of April 7, the father had gone to take medicine. The daughter was alone. During this, the accused came to the ward and committed indecency on the pretext of a checkup.
