Navy chief gave the commanders seven key guidelines, stressing everything from new technologies to combat capability
Navy: Today, Navy Chief Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi addressed the Navy at the Navy Commanders Conference in New Delhi. During this, he emphasized the Navy's combat capability to new technologies. Along with this, he has also given seven important guidelines to the commanders.



Navy Chief Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi on Tuesday stressed enhancing the Navy's strength in the war theater. Alongside this, he has asked all the naval commanders to prioritize seven key aspects. These are combat capability, fleet maintenance, application of new technologies, and collaboration with other entities. Speaking to the naval commanders in the Navy Commanders Conference, he declared that the naval commanders need to keep speed and efficacy in operation. Also, develop their working force in the right way.
The first phase of the Navy Commanders Conference was conducted in Karwar, Karnataka on 5 April and the second one is taking place in Delhi between 7 to 10 April. In it, the commanders of the Navy discussed the Indian Ocean region where Chinese activities have risen in the recent past.
Also in his address, Admiral Tripathi praised the achievements of the Navy. He said that such as successful military exercises, and working together with the Indian Army and Air Force. He also said that it is necessary to prepare the Navy for the future by using new technologies.
