Four people were injured when a police jeep crushed them after its brakes failed in Bihar's Buxar district on Saturday. An officer said that after this people attacked the policemen traveling in the jeep. In fact, near Dumarjeni temple on NH 120, the police jeep crushed 4 people and also crushed many parked bikes. Due to this people got enraged and the crowd pelted stones at the police team.
Four policemen including an SSO were injured in this attack. According to the information, four people were injured after being hit by a police jeep on Saturday (November 11) on NH-120 near Dumrejani Temple in Dumraon police station area.
After the accident, local villagers attacked the police team. District Superintendent of Police Manish Kumar said that after the brakes failed, the jeep driver lost control of the vehicle and hit four pedestrians. After the accident, people got angry and everyone ran towards the spot. Seeing the angry crowd, Dumraon's SDPO, and police station in charge, and other policemen fled from there.
