The ball was stopping a lot on the pitch. We wanted to keep wickets in our hands. Then Richa gave us the necessary runs."
Harmanpreet further said, "Right now, I am happy that we won the match. We just want to stay in the rhythm. When we go back to India, we know what kind of pitches there will be. We will work on our combination."
Pakistan won the toss and elected to bowl. While no one from the Indian team scored a half-century, the combined performance helped the team post a respectable total. Harleen Deol top-scored for the team with 46 runs. She played this innings off 65 balls, with the help of four fours and one six. Jemimah Rodrigues scored 32 runs off 37 balls. Richa Ghosh scored an unbeaten 35 runs off 20 balls. This explosive batsman hit three fours and two sixes in her innings.
