England wicket-keeper batter Amy Jones has reached all-time highs in the recent ICC women's rankings. Shining brightly in the three-match series against the West Indies, Jones has climbed three spots in the ICC Women's ODI batting ranks.

In fact, Amy Jones played an extraordinary innings in the second ODI, in which she scored 129 runs off just 98 balls. This outstanding performance not only brought victory to her team but also earned her a spot among the top five batswomen globally. For now, she is placed in number four with 689 rating points. The top spot held by the group of Laura Wolvaardt, Smriti Mandhana, and Nat Sciver-Brunt is impenetrable, but Jones is becoming a serious contender.

Jones' brilliance played a key role in ensuring that England completed their unbeaten campaign in the ODI series, building on their previous success in the T20I series against the same opponent, which they won decisively by a 3-0 margin.

Along with Jones, veteran bowler Kate Cross also made headlines, playing a key role in England's success. Cross finished the series with three wickets, including an impressive 1/15 in the final ODI. Her consistent efforts have seen her move up a good number in the ICC Women's ODI Bowling Rankings, where she is now eighth. With the upcoming India tour, Jones and Cross, along with other England players, have the opportunity to further improve their position in the women's rankings.
